As used in these Terms of Service, "we" or "us" refer to BiblePace, "Service" refers collectively to our website, web application, and all mobile, desktop, or other native applications (including, but not limited to, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android). By visiting the website, accessing the web application, or downloading/using any of our Applications, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
  1. You agree not to:
    1. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service or any Application.
    2. Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Applications to any third party.
    3. Use the Service or Applications for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
    4. Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service or Applications.
  2. If you purchase a license, you confirm that our primary means of communicating with you shall be via the email address used for the purchase. In addition, we may post updates, known issues, and bug fixes via GitHub issues and/or our blog.

The Service is provided "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service is bug-free, error-free, or free from other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
